When family is torn apart, wounds hardly ever heal. Now try to imagine how elephants, who live with their parents their entire lives, must feel when one of them is taken from their herd. My only guess is – heartbroken.
Thankfully, there are people among us who have devoted their whole lives to making this world a better place. Just listen to the excitement in this lady’s voice! She and a group of volunteers got an amazing opportunity to participate in once in a lifetime mission! They are bringing an elephant family back together!
Just watch how these gentle giants react when they get reunited after so long! It is so emotional I couldn’t help but cry.
