Who wouldn’t want a lion hug?
The footage was taken at the Cedar Cove feline sanctuary in Louisburg, Kansas, dedicated to preserving endagered species, providing life long sanctuary to animals born in captivity, and education the public to their behavior and psychology. Senior lion keeper Steven Klein made strong bonds with these two lions, so they let him pet them, and in return give him affectionate hugs and kisses.

Now, life is good for the male lion Tonka and the lady Shanta. They were moved to their permanent habitat, a 1/4 acre open area with trees, grass, shade and decks, and a lot more is in store for these magnificent creatures!
